Financial Statement Preparation

Taxation (Canada & US)

We are E-file registered in Canada for both corporate and personal income taxes.  The firm is also registered with the Internal Revenue Service for US personal and corporate tax filings.  After filing, we will represent you in discussions with the tax authorities if an issue arises. Our tax minimization strategies are personalized based on your overall taxes from business to personal level. We also team with various financial institutions and investment adviser to offer our clients more tax-efficient solutions.

Trusts and Estates

We have over 15 years of experience working with estates.  This includes preparing the final tax returns, subsequent trust returns, applying for clearance, corresponding with the legal advisors and consulting with the trustee on various estate matters.  Our firm also handles the annual tax filing and planning for a number of family trusts.


Our bookkeeping service is not only an affordable and efficient way to get small to large sized businesses up-to-date but it is also a scorecard which will show you how your business performs. An experienced bookkeeper will be assigned to each of our clients, and his/her work is reviewed by the two Partners, Blair and Lional. We do believe proper bookkeeping is the cornerstone of all proper financial reports and tax returns.

We are specialists in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Quicken, and Sage 50 (formerly Simply Accounting) software packages.


Our controllership service offers clients full cycle accounting management and strategic planning. After monthly/quarterly bookkeeping is finished, we will sit down with client to go through transaction details and compare prior period(s) and/or budget numbers.
